EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Most orders will not ship until 2-4 business days from order date, so please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, etc., and International Orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must contact us before returning any items to us. All returns must be returned no later than 10 days after delivery date. If a return is granted, we will supply you with a return number that is to be labeled on the outside of the returned shipping package. Do not ship parts back in just the original package. Please place in another box to be shipped. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR DEFACE PART NUMBER. If package is marked up or part number defaced, the package will be returned to the customer. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if, in the original unopened package and still in new condition. Parts that have been installed will not be accepted for return. It must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Customers returning packages without a return authorization number will either be charged shipping to return the package or will be accepted as free parts. If a package is denied for any reason besides the package being damaged, the customer will incur the return of the package to us as well as a 30% restocking fee. Please allow 15 business days for all returns to be processed from day of package return. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CANCELLING ORDERS
All valid orders are deemed final. If you wish to cancel an order or any items on your order, there will be a 30% restocking fee charged. If you are not sure of what you are ordering, please contact us first so that we may assist you. Please contact us via email at sales@hondaparts-direct.com or call us at 1-866-767-1835. Once an order has been processed, there will be a 30% restocking fee no exceptions.
ORDER ERRORS
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item/s as well as the shipping of the correct item/s.
Shipping error: If you received and item that is incorrect on our behalf, we will send the correct item at no additional charge. All sales are considered final after 15 days from delivery date. We are not Wal-Mart so no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is only charged on orders in the state of Texas.
Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone call. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. In some cases an item may move to backorder status once ordered from Honda. This is out of our control and we will allow you to cancel only the backordered item. If you do wish to continue with any order and a part is on backorder, you will be charged for this item at that time. This is the only way for us to secure the part from Honda.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. If you wish to ship an order before backordered items arrive additional shipping fee may apply.
